Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the purchase is completed. If there are any issues with your puppy, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
6. Health Guarantee
We guarantee that all our puppies are healthy and have received their initial vaccinations. You will receive a vaccination record with your purchase and are required to have a veterinary new puppy assessment within 72 hours. If any health issues arise within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, you must notify us immediately.
7. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process. You must also ensure that you are prepared to provide a loving and suitable home for the puppy.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We offer national delivery for our puppies. Delivery details, including costs and scheduling, will be discussed and confirmed with you after the purchase is made. We strive to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your puppy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Scotty’s California Rottweiler Ranch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or ownership of a puppy. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the puppy. We offer a comprehensive Health Puppy Guarantee.
10. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
